the best counter to that high ground is to just not fight people there. which isnt very fun

imo the giant high ground isnt actually that powerful? its so far from the point that damage falloff makes it kinda weak

verticality is too extreme. The height advantage at point on the side route is too strong

about 20% of the map feels like its designed to be a fighting area. try to get that % higher

Look at official arena maps like Ravine, Byre or good custom ones like Seaside.

arena maps should have 2 or 3 areas where teams meet, and they shouldnt be too big

There isn't a big fight nor the rounds are usually fast, it is series of scattered fights and people being lost.

This is still map made of wide variety of boring corridors spread out in a wide space.
