you should avoid having players spawn somewhere that's visible to red, otherwise they can spawncamp easily

i think there definitely needs to be another entrance to last, and/or making the stairway entrance wider and further away

blu spawn is to easy to camp. try making it bigger and rasing one of the exits.

tree props aren't packed properly. they're missing their textures
