I feel like C's lame in that the routes don't offer anything different to each other - both are the same size, accessed through the same connector and both give roughly the same ability to peek the upper and lower sentries. A change as simple as a bridge between the rightmost route (from BLU's perspective) and the upper sentry could work wonders, forcing RED to use the rightmost route to support the upper sentry and forcing BLU to use the rightmost route to destroy the sentry, since it watches the main route too well to destroy that way. Supporting this change by adding a unique connector that dumps BLU at the rightmost route without letting them shoot or be shot by the bridge sentry would add an interesting dynamic where RED initially holds both the rightmost and main routes and uses these to keep the bridge sentry alive, but they have to try to keep the rightmost route because otherwise they can't get back to and support the bridge sentry, but by doing that, they run the risk of BLU waterfalling the main route, destroying the sentry and moving on to the point without RED being in a good position to get them off it. From there, you could adjust the routes so that one encourages long-range combat and one encourages short-range combat, and I believe you'd have a fun C point.
