I would definetaly suggest swaping this window with a brush based one during testing (and to allow you to remove the C bits

a lot of your areas are just super massive. ie this sightline is over 2k hu long and could definitely be shrunk while 1/2

a lot of your small kits can easily be mediums. it's not fun scrambling all over the map for a bit of health
