Don't make the skybox a box around your map, integrate it into the level geometry itself

People can walk around the point easily - this makes it easy for them to shoot enemies before they reach the point, while themselves not being on the point - this also serves to make it hard to cap the point.

The map's small - this means people can die, respawn and come back before the point is capped, which makes it hard to cap. As detailed in this guide - https://tf2maps.net/threads/guide-how-to-make-better-koth-but-please-make-a-d-instead.42827/ - we want the point to be easily captured in KOTH.
