reducing the variety of unqiue materials and props will also help performance by reducing draw calls

another building where the ceiling is just as bright as the walls/foor. make ceilings darker to bring visual focus lower

the detail is very busy lots of different textures and stuff all around, maybe just the graininess

it looks like almost every building in this area is using a different wood texture. try to limit yourself to just 2 or 3

make sure you have vertex lighting enabled in your compile settings. seeing a lot of very dark props like this
