an easy way to figure out scale is walk times, look at official koth maps for their walk times to reference

if you need an idea of what a good scale of stuff is, 1024 is the damage fall-off range, your frontlines or at least corner

if you want to eliminate door bias, then just spawn players further away from the doors

the spawns are facing different ways, this is bad for engineers cause they don't know where to put teleporters.

also use a player character model as a static prop so you can use it as a scale
