compare your map to an official koth map like viaduct. notice the differences in height between and within each area

avoid starting your map with a large flat brush. your layout will be much more interesting and enjoyable if you design areas with a variety of large and small changes in elevation

I think there needs to be more height variation around all the routes. You could play through this like doom.

I don't think it is possible to make a flatter map than this, please add some height variance.
