The difference in height between the ground and platforms is too great IMO. try to make it more subtle

Instead, have doors open out sideways (perpendicular). That gives cover and greatly benefits visibility optimisation

Seriously try to avoid doorways which open straight on to action. It conceals snipers and creates nasty surprises
