if you want to keep the trains slow, consider adding very small easy-to-access routes over them

The open courtyard leading into the massive doorway forces players to hug the wall of the point.

The sniper potential is nuts, especially onto the point and on the sides.

also not all sightlines are bad - as a good sniper, on this map, your sightlines are good

the fact that the point is on such a high hill and has a very long sightline means its hard to take once capped

I don't think it's overscaled - it's wide rather than long, which makes the gameplay incredibly different to 'classic' koth

these slopes are really big. maybe make them smaller and add more flat areas or make map flatter
