A common problem on Payload maps is that the track length (and thus, walk distance) between BLU spawn and B is too long, in the interest of making A and B individually balanced to push the cart towards. This creates the problem of BLU having a long walk time to B, which makes it really hard to attack. Maps solve this in different ways - Frontier makes the track length between A and B really long, and changes the spawns for each team - this isn't ideal, since you want to change the spawns in Payload as little as possible, in the interest of not confusing players and letting Engineers keep their teleporters. Barnblitz has the turntable between A and B, which artificially extends the push time while keeping the distance short. Another thing to pay attention to is that giving BLU the ability to retreat to the cart while pushing forward to B is bad, since that gives them an advantage over the respawning RED players, which makes B roll often. Maps prevent this by letting players go to B while the payload is stalled (as in Barnblitz) or far behind them - Snowycoast makes it so that the cart is behind players as they go to B by having an extremely long track at A, much longer than the walk time for players, so players take the A area long before the cart gets there and naturally feed forward into B, while the cart takes a much longer time to get there. Badwater does a similar thing where BLU takes the A area before getting the cart there, with its tunnel - BLU cannot push the cart to A without taking the high ground, because then they get destroyed from above as soon as they come out of the tunnel, which means they have to take the other routes leading to A, and take the A area before starting to push the cart through the tunnel. Then, BLU has to go all the way back through the tunnel to get the cart to A, or they can try to push forward to B, where they're fewer in number and less healthy than the respawning RED players, and can't retreat to the cart since it's so far behind them. This lets Badwater get away with an incredibly short track length between A and B, which makes it fair for BLU to attack B even without changing spawns. I encourage you to employ one of these mechanics in this map, since currently it has no mechanic to stall the cart, doesn't change BLU's spawn and has a long track length between A and B, resulting in too long of a walk time for BLU to attack B.
