I feel like, if you're already committed to having a turntable between B and C, you can just change spawns after A (thereby avoiding the chokehold after A) and let the turntable be the delay mechanic you need to let RED set up on C after B is capped

I feel like the reason why RED can't set up on C even despite the turntable is because all the defensive positions on C just suck - there's barely any health, all sentry spots can be corner-peeked, uberered and/or outranged and most positions aren't reachable without circling the whole way around the high ground and aren't any good when you reach them anyway

turns into a "cold war" route where its too powerful for both teams, and the ideal strategy is to lock it down so nobody can use it in either direction

the door that opens after A is capped lets players skip a really long section of cart path and i dont think it will ever work

I also don't find the choke-hold after A fun, since RED can easily occupy a 256x256 box and watch all possible routes for BLU, as well as hold in front of the cart if they ever win a fight

A is also just hard mode for engineer - if you put a sentry forward, it gets ubered - if you put it further back, it gets corner-peeked or sapped. This also goes for literally all of your buildings, the only slightly relevant one is your teleporter

I still feel like A is just a box where RED is expected to hold, losing it feels so inevitable when BLU can just swarm into the box with uber, maybe you could move the point forward to the choke where RED actually holds - that way RED would be able to forward hold and when they get smoked out, they're not certain to lose A
