the shutterdoors shouldn't be so close to the control point

the fence separating each team's side of the high ground is very awkward to push around because a pyro could be sitting in the corner ready to airblast you into certain death and there's no way to dislodge them; you could probably remove that fence, and even if it creates a sightline, it gives sniper a place to play which he seems to kinda lack currently

your gameplay areas are way too long and uniform, and the entrances are all easy to camp

this doorway just leads to the left and right again, and we hardly fight this far back; this whole area could be cut

The point itself requires a prop jump to get on it and is not fun to fight on or around. Definitly the weakest element

I kind of like how players enter the point from the top and bottom of one big area; it's a bit like harvest or bagel, where you can rush the point if you really want to but it pays to clear the enemy team out of one or both side areas first

look at official maps and note how areas are not all corridors and have variants in how walls and terrain is broken up

the raised thing the point is on is really weird; I'm struggling to think how you'll explain it if you ever start detailing the map, and it doesn't really serve any gameplay purpose other than sometimes frustrating soldier and demo mains by eating splash damage

the point's captime is too long and that makes it too hard to recapture after the enemy team takes it, which is not what you want in KOTH
